Funeral services across Nairobi
From our base in Kahawa West we collect from every Nairobi mortuary and serve every estate, day and night.

Nairobi
Every estate, every mortuary, any hour
Most of the funerals we arrange start at a Nairobi mortuary. Some end at Langata Cemetery or a Nairobi crematorium; many more continue upcountry to the family home. We plan the whole journey, from the mortuary pick-up to the church service and the burial.
Our office is on the Northern Bypass in Kahawa West, next to KU Referral Hospital, so we reach Thika Road, Kasarani and the northern estates in minutes and the rest of the city via the bypasses.

Burial and cremation in Nairobi
Langata Cemetery is Nairobi's main public cemetery. Space is limited and burial slots are booked through the county, so confirm the date with the cemetery office early. We bring the lowering gear, gazebo and carpet and set up before mourners arrive.
For cremation, families use the Kariokor or Langata crematoria. See our cremation services.
Most Nairobi families hold a church service in the city and then travel upcountry for the burial. See body transport across Kenya.
Routes and timing
Planning the day around Nairobi traffic
Timing matters on a funeral day. These are the things we plan around:
Morning release
Mortuaries release bodies after the bill is cleared and the burial permit is checked. We book an early pick-up so the church service starts on time.
Peak traffic
Thika Road, Mombasa Road, Waiyaki Way and Outer Ring Road are slow at rush hour. We plan the route and leave buffer time.
Church to cemetery
We keep the procession together from the church to Langata, Kariokor or the city exit for the journey upcountry.
JKIA
Arrivals for repatriation are collected from the airport cargo area and taken to the mortuary or home.
